Booking.com need to get their act together.
1.0As Booking.Com should know, this property was not available for us as the owner died in the property only a few days before we were due to begin our rental. Yet I had to inform Booking.com that this had happened when I found out on the day we were supposed to begin our rental. I had to make very last minute arrangements for our stay with our family in the area. Very poor. Despite it being weeks ago now, we have received no response from them, and they continue to ask me to review the property. Not good at all.

10.0Very nice comfortable house Lots of room Beautiful furniture The house feels like a real home and not like a bare minimum holiday rental (plenty of cutlery etc…) Within walking distance of Tesco Express. Our friendly host was in touch before arrival and departure

9.0The location of the house was superb, only a short stroll into the town centre. The bedrooms were really roomy with good bathroom facilities. The house was well furnished with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, particularly. The garden looked amazing, although we weren't able to take advantage of it at this time of year. The house was super warm and cosy with freezing temperatures outside.Selby was so helpful and made sure our stay was perfect.
− The parking was quite tight (we had 3 cars). A four slice toaster would be a plus but that's just being picky!
