9.0The apartment was beautifully furnished with all the features needed for a comfy stay . It was easy to walk into town and the seafront .
− From the outside, the property was tired and not very appealing . By the back door the painting was peeling and the fire place was stuffed with a rag which detracted from the other parts of the apartment which were so beautifully decorated.
