Very comfortable apartment with lots of space and very well equipped. From the terrace you can see the sea. Quite close to the center of rethymno, a good stroll alongside the beach takes you there. The owner was very friendly and responsive.

Удобное расположение, пляж и магазины рядом. Бесконтактный заезд. Чисто. Просторная веранда, где даже в жаркий день приятный ветерок и тень большую часть дня. Хозяйка на связи, быстро отвечает.

− Диваны в гостиной комнате очень неудобные, особенно тот, что напротив телевизора. Кровати на наш вкус довольно жёсткие и они с сообщающимися пружинами. Если на двойной кровати один ворочается во сне, то второй подпрыгивает от каждого его движения. Для людей с чутким сном это может стать проблемой. Нужно быть внимательными с входной дверью - она захлопывается и снаружи без ключа не открывается. У нас ребёнок захлопнул дверь и ключ остался внутри. Спасибо, хозяйке она очень быстро нашла мастера, который открыл дверь. Возможно, было бы полезно чтобы у гостей было два ключа от апартаментов.

Central City Apartment is in a fantastic location, just a 2–3 minute walk from the beach. Although we were initially a bit disappointed with the surroundings and the building itself, as well as the furniture which could benefit from some updating, our impression improved significantly as the days went by. The apartment features a spacious terrace with a partial sea view, comfortable beds and mattresses, and enough rooms to ensure privacy. The kitchen is well equipped with everything one might need (except for a microwave and dishwasher, which we did not find necessary). Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Greece. The place was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay (iron, hairdryer, kitchen utensils etc) location was perfect—close to the beach (up to 5 min walk) and supermarket such as Synka. Our host was really kind and welcoming, always available on the phone to answer questions and give us great local tips. The check-in was smooth and easy, and we immediately felt at home. We especially loved that beautiful and spacious terrace with its amazing view—it was the perfect spot for morning coffee and sunset drinks. Overall, this place and apartment made our holiday truly special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rethymno!

Μεγάλοι χώροι, μεγάλη βεράντα, μπαλκόνια, επαρκής εξοπλισμός κουζίνας, μπάνιου, κλιματισμός σε όλους τους χώρους,

− Η κεντρική είσοδος του κτιρίου ήταν πάντα ανοικτή με πρόσβαση για οποιονδήποτε έως το διαμέρισμα που μείναμε. Υπήρχε μια τηλεόραση στο διαμέρισμα, παλιάς τεχνολογίας χωρίς οδηγίες και χρειάστηκε να πάρουμε τηλέφωνο για τις ρυθμίσεις. Επίσης οι οδηγίες που υπήρχαν για το ζεστό νερό, κλπ ήταν μόνο στα αγγλικά. Τέλος αν και στις παροχές αναφερόταν δωρεάν ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης στο χώρο του καταλύματος, αυτό δεν ισχύει. Έπρεπε να σταθμεύσουμε στους γύρω δρόμους το οποίο πληροφορηθήκαμε με μήνυμα από το κατάλυμα πριν φτάσουμε.
