Ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolony.

Lokalizacja była bardzo dobra, wszędzie było blisko zarówno do dobrych i niedrogich lokali jak i do atrakcji turystycznych. Okolica raczej była bezpieczna. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, można było po całodziennej wędrówce i zwiedzaniu dobrze się wyspać.

− Widok na ciemne podwórze z okien , hałas - w nocy ( codziennie ktoś z sąsiadów robił pranie ) i wcześnie rano sprzątanie korytarza oraz ciasna łazienka.

The location of this place was 20/10! I stayed in Rome for a short time with my sister, and it was absolutely perfect for making the most of our two days exploring the city. What I loved the most was the location. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and public transport is easily accessible, including the Colosseo metro station. The area also felt safe and had a great atmosphere. It was the perfect base for exploring Rome without wasting time travelling around. I would definitely recommend it! The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook, comfortable beds, an iron, a hairdryer, and all the essential amenities.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y la facilidad para ingresar al edificio, cerca hay muchas opciones para comer y comprar que a pesar de estar muy cerca del Colisseo no abusan en precios y el sabor es increíble. El departamento está muy lindo tiene una terraza desde la que no se ve mucho pero se disfruta el café en la mañana, o se puede salir a fumar. La habitación es grande, la ducha también y tiene buena presión el agua, y la cocina está súper equipada.

− En general todo está muy bien, pero nosotros sí tuvimos complicaciones con el internet, no siempre jaló al 100% y nosotros que teníamos que trabajar a distancia nos fue medio molesto. Adicional creo que es bueno avisar que no tiene un elevador muy grande, si uno lleva maletas muy anchas puedes no caber. Y listo, todo lo demás estuvo increíble. Ahhh, igual, el costo: No lo consideramos barato, pero toda la ciudad está medio igual, lo que sí nos sorprendió fue tener que pagar al final el iva de la ciudad, aplica a todos pero que no los sorprenda.

We liked the location. 5 min. Walk to colosseum and lovely restaurant's.

− We arrived early afternoon and managed entry to the property easily enough.  The apartment at first viewing looks ok, maybe a bit dirty.  The welcome mat isn't very welcoming, looks like its just been pulled from a skip. The laminate flooring is very poorly laid, the corners of the bed are chipped and my husband cut his leg when he bumped into it, kitchen utensils needed cleaned. Electrics leave a lot to be desired especially in the kitchen at the extension lead at the coffee pot etc. The fridge was supplied with water which was appreciated and I thought I would make a cup of coffee.  There is a coffee maker and coffee pods however the coffee maker was filthy and thick with limescale.  The kettle was the same.  There is no way I would use either.  When I decided to make coffee I opened the cabinet for cups and found a plate with slices of toast.  God knows how long it had been there. There is also no sitting area unless you sit in the kitchen at the breakfast bar, so sitting on the bed is the only alternative which was not the most comfortable situation.  I think this maybe should be highlighted on the website. The bed was not the most comfortable and it needs more pillows.  One thin pillow each is not enough.     There was no sheet or towel changes during our eight day stay. There is a washing machine and I thought I'd freshen the sheets and towels together with dirty clothes.  It was only after doing the laundry I discovered there's no where to hang it.  I had to take it to a launderette, which was extremely inconvenient.  Also, it says there's a balcony - I wouldn't be expecting evenings sitting relaxing with a glass of wine.  Its filthy with what is supposed to be a table and a stool. The overhead shower in the bathroom is not bad.  The bathroom however is tiny and the placement of the sink makes it awkward to sit on the toilet. It cost over £1000 for the week definitely not worth it.

位置非常好！离斗兽场很近，离梵蒂冈也不远，周边也有很多饭店，非常方便！虽然是老房子但是很整洁、宽敞！
