Excellent self catering property near London.
8.0The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the information provided in advance was more than sufficient. The rooms are modern, and the facilities are excellent. The property is within walking distance of a train station with direct access to London city centre, and it is also conveniently close to Twickenham Stadium, where we went to watch the rugby.
− The only drawback is that the property is located next to a very busy road, which could be a little disturbing.

1.0The apartment itself was well laid out and I booked due to parking availability. The communication was very good throughout.
− The bed was awful. Both my fiancee and I had very little sleep due to the very poor quality of the mattress. The whole weekend was pretty much ruined as we had to check out after the rugby at Twickenham. We couldn't meet friends or go out for a meal in Richmond as a result. The couch also looked cheap and this is an apartment with nowhere to hang coats or wet towels. The reception desk said a full refund but customer services are now only offering one night refund. The inconsistency is very annoying especially considering how much pain we were both in. Over a week later and my back is still terribly sore. There are some good ratings so I assume we were just unlucky with the mattress.
I’ve booked again for next year!

− The extractors in both bathrooms didn’t appear to work. Would have found it helpful to have a hook on the back of the bathroom doors.
Great place to stay - comfy, clean & spot on
10.0Easy to get to if u want to get to the rugby - walking distance or uber! Great setup, clean & just right Staff were great - brilliant place

A well presented spacious apartment.
9.0Spacious clean apartment and comfortable seating.
− I would have liked the bathroom to be a walk in shower,. 1. Because the water flooded the floor, due to shower screen not fitting tight. 2. Just for safety reasons.
