− Mieszkanie niby po remoncie, ale brakowało tego czegoś. Łazienka katastrofa, zimno, paskudnie do remontu kompletnie.Klatka schodowa katastrofa,jeden syf i odór.

7.0Super Kommunikation mit der Kundenbetreuung. Das kann man nicht besser machen. Ausreichende Ausstattung Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig Nagelneue Küche Waschmaschine, Tiefkühlschrank
− Insgesamt einfach aber funktional und etwas lieblos ausgestattet. Für Monteure ok, aber nicht für einen Urlaub Bauarbeiten im Haus, was aber auch bedeutet, dass man an der Situation arbeitet und es besser wird. Das hätte ich lieber unter: Bemerkungen geschrieben, als unter: was hat ihnen nicht gefallen. Ich empfinde das nicht als negative Bewertung sondern nur als Hinweis auf die aktuelle Situation. Ich habe bereits für 2 weitere Wochen gebucht, da das Objekt alles bietet, was ich auf Montage brauche.
Das allerletzte für das Geld. In 20 Jahren bei Boocking noch nicht erlebt.
1.0− Sehr schmutzige Wohnung, Defekte Lampen, Kabel hängen aus den Wänden. Rauchmelder liegen im Küchenschrank. Alles sehr schmierig. Nachbarn sind nur am feiern. Lautstärke bis in die Morgenstunden. Ein absolutes Assiviertel. Nie wieder!!!!!!!! Der Vermieter sollte sich was überlegen.
