− AC was a little loud but it would have blocked out any noise if there was any.

10.0My reservation was non refundable. I was on my way to the property and I had car problems which delayed my arrival by one day. I called the property and asked them if they could move my reservation by one day. The young man with whom i spoke was very kind and helpful. This hotel was very busy and I'm sure they could have easily said no and still rented out the room they saved for me.The property was in a great location and easy to access even with the highway construction around the city.

− Paid for breakfast but there was no breakfast. Stated staff called in. How do you not have aback up plan. Ask for refund and staff stated we will just give you points. Have not heard anything as of today.
