Расположение плюс минус комфортное, магазины остановки в пешей доступности. Тихая квартира.

− Не опрятно, персонал убирается на "лишь бы", разводы, грязные старые пятна в ванной и куча волос по квартире после прежних постояльцев.

− Квартира не соответствует описанию- это маленькая однушка- студио хрущёвка, а не как заявлено «спальня*гостинная*65 метров»!!! И адрес другой! Цена завышена!
