3.0− Pavement and steps outside dangerous. No temperature control on shower, dangerous. Sofa bed uncomfy to sit on. Neither TV got normal channels. 2 teaspoons ? All shelfs loose and runners missing off drawers in bedroom. Felt like a nearly finished building project.

− The kitchenware was not clean. There was a dishwasher but no powder/tablets provided. The spare bedding was not clean. The pillows were not comfortable.
