The property itself has a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere, it is clean and cosy. It has a village atmosphere and all the furniture and equipment was new.

− The property itself has a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere, but unfortunately the management and guest support were disappointing. Communication was inconsistent and not very helpful. When I asked about a nearby coffee shop, I was first told that almost every coffee shop opens around 7 a.m. Later, the manager said they were not familiar with the area and that there were no coffee shops nearby. However, during a walk I found a local coffee shop in the centre of the village, quite close to the property, which opens at 6 a.m. It was surprising that the management could not provide such basic information about the neighbourhood. I also asked whether a slightly later check-out might be possible. The request was refused “due to availability,” although the rooms appeared to be available on Booking.com. I then asked about a smaller extension or the possibility of leaving our luggage, but received no response at all. The accommodation could also be improved in several areas: 💡 The kitchen is too dark in the evening. ☕ A Nespresso coffee machine would be a useful addition. 🧂 Basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, spices, oil and vinegar were missing. 🚿 The hot water runs out quite quickly. 💡 The bedroom lighting is extremely bright and shines directly into the eyes. 🔌 A few plug adapters would be helpful for guests with European plugs. 🦗 The cicadas in the courtyard are very loud. 🚗 Access through the village is not very convenient by car, and the parking is not directly next to the property. Overall, the place has potential, but the management should become more familiar with the local area, communicate more consistently and respond more attentively to guests.

The room was lovely, I would stay again just a few extra things would be better.

− No plug adapter for the microwave so I couldn't use it. The sofa bed was quite noisy, my daughter didn't sleep on it for the reason and the mattress was thin and dirty. No hand towels/ tea towels for drying up plates etc. I had to use a bath towel. Could do with some more utensils and a bit of oil, salt /pepper etc. Maybe some mats of the stone floor, I stubbed my toes a few times.
