Just 90 meters from the sea, you can still hear the pleasant sound of the waves. The beach is shared by only three houses. The house itself is excellently equipped and pristine, with calm and peaceful surroundings. About 1.5 km away, you’ll find good restaurants and a market, and just 500 m away there’s a fast-food stall.

− The only downside is the absence of a BBQ, which makes the Greek house feel a bit incomplete.

Le calme

Bella esperienza nella Grecia cicladica autentica.

La struttura è nella parte est dell'isola, quella più selvaggia e meno turistica. Ci sono dei ristorantini caratteristici nel vicino borgo di pescatori di Moutsouna dover abbiamo mangiato anche il Barracuda, e a pochi km ci sono delle belle spiagge poco frequentate; se ci andate la mattina ci sono poche o nessuna persona e avrete un'esperienza unica. In questa parte dell'isola troverete caprette che girano per strada, e vecchietti che ancora caricano i muli con la legna. E' come fare un salto nel passato. La casa è una villetta ben arredata e dotata di tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Ha una spiaggetta vicinissima e molto bella raggiungibile a piedi dalla casa in due minuti; è poco frequentata e quasi sempre vuota perché molto nascosta. La casa è immersa nella natura e di notta si vedono molte stelle ed anche la Via Lattea

− C'è solo un'altra villetta un po' troppo vicino ma sono dettagli trascurabili. Chi viene in questa parte dell'isola è mediamente molto tranquillo e non disturba.

Beautiful & spacious property that was beachfront! The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - fully stocked kitchen & bathroom & laundry necessities. We arrived 30 minutes before check in & were met by Manolis within a few minutes to be let inside. Would definitely recommend staying here!

− The driveway is very rocky & was uncomfortable to drive down, but that didn’t deter us from exploring the island.

You can tell that this is home which is loved, it had everything we needed for a family of 4 and more. It was wonderful having our breakfast on the terrace every morning, watching the goats pass by, after a dip at our almost private beach. Manolis was a fantastic host, so friendly and helpful, keep up the good work! I'd thoroughly recommend this side of the island. The village of Moutsouna has a few tavernas where the kids could play in the sea as we got some peace. I'd do your main shop in Naxos chora before the spectacular climb up and over the mountains. The village store is fine for anything you forget. Get down to Panermos beach, a far cry from the commotion of the west coast beaches and beautiful and calm, even when windy.

− Some of the terraces have big drops, this wouldn't be suitable for kids under 3 years old I don't think, unless a railing is installed but that might detract from the views!

Unique experience, magical deep water clean sea, calmness and character.

The property is really unique, in a secluded part of the island with natural beauty and feel. It has a lot of character, combining traditional style elements with modern amenities and it is really equipped with everything one might need! The view from the terrace is magical, especially in the sunrise, and beach in front is almost exclusive, as the main access is through the property. You can find very good quality, fresh food (seafood and meat) in the nearby port of Moutsouna and even cross to the islands of Amorgos and Koufonisi with a small boat that can be rented. Very much recommended!!!
