Renter beware… property no longer available & owner took our money

− 1hr 30 mins prior to check in we had a message from the property owner to say that this property no longer existed & was unsure how we booked it. I had booked several months before & the money had been taken. As we had already arrived in Midsommer Norton we then had to find somewhere else to stay, which proved quite difficult but luckily we found a room. We were later refunded after I requested it

8.0Good communication with owners, had all questions answered. Lovely and clean and super comfortable, bed especially!!!
− Sadly we were unable to use the Shower due to no temperature control. It was stuck on boiling! Not the owners fault. They called an engineer but sadly we had to leave before they arrived to fix it.
