10.0Friendly host invite us enjoy donuts and his homemade coffee. The coffee was sooooo delicious and made my day. Love the beautiful house and wonderful view so much.
Good value, kind of basic though.
7.0Communication was good with the owner/operator, and the price was good for a basic room. The house was very clean and I didn't experience any issues with excessive noise or anything on that note. The owner was very thoughtful and thorough in her communication both through booking.com and upon arrival.
− The location is a bit of a hike into residential Hayama but was communicated as such by the owner/operator. It's kind of far, relatively speaking from things like convenience stores, restaurants, etc. The tatami mat/Futon bed setup is not for everyone, not for me specifically, but does hew to what you can expect in some stays in places in Japan.
