10.0Staff was very helpful and friendly with all our needs. - borrowing of umbrella when the weather was hot. - delivering products up via robots - a clear place of parcel and food delivery collection. The room is big and clean Right beside the hotel, there is a nice shopping mall and live band bar nearby in W hotel.

9.0− 早餐樣式較少，花生感覺放有點久不會脆。 西瓜沒了請服務員補充，竟回說沒了，好在另一位服務員說冰箱還有，這位服務員才有點不耐煩的去切了幾塊出來，這種服務態度真的要改盡。 浴室蓮縫頭的出水真的太小了，而且還會漏水，要改善，提了很多次了。
