− Battersea Power Station Suite cheap and definitely not cheerful, unprofessional owner, twice I requested a early check in unfortunately the owner ignored the request,when we arrived at 13:25 at first I couldn’t get into the lock box phoned the owner who didn’t answer left voice mail, sent text message no reply,sent message via booking.com and the reply was a new code got into the lock box and no key ! Sent message via booking.com the reply at 13:52 was check in is at 15:00 I’ve had a check out will try and get it ready for 15:00 ? Not what I’d expect from a professional owner. Free parking didn’t find any on any street close in the end we paid £40 via a parking app. When we eventually got into the flat the lock for the door is really difficult to use, hand written note stuck to the inside of the door needs better communication. The flat smelt stale,musty,and smoky,sprayed with air freshener.The carpets in the bedrooms needed cleaning or replacing extremely dirty with stains on, the smaller bedroom only had a piece of net at the window no blind or curtain ! On opening a wallrobe it had wet towels hanging in it,another cupboard had a wet sheet hanging in it, the bedding wasn't ironed and didn’t look clean or inviting ! Opened the door to the little balcony and one of the chairs was broken so couldn’t even sit outside, the sofa had a broken spring.Dishwasher had another note don’t use. We only booked one night and for that I’m thankful as i wouldn’t have stayed any longer a lesson learnt always read ALL the reviews as the issue we experienced have been mentioned before. Whole place needs a refurbish. The photos on booking.com are not a true reflection of this property.

Good location, some work needing done to improve services.

Location, 5 min walk to tube, Battersea power stations shopping precinct, a local couple of shops for daily essentials.

− Bins were full, been a couple of days of rubbish within, emptied next day as soon as found. Parking was frustrating as up a side street with opportunity only space which could frustrate locals, unfair on booker where there are spaces for each apartment in building. A sensible compromise would be for collocated owners to move their car, for the booker to use one of their spaces, especially the allocated apartment space. The apartment was extremely warm, positioned top floor this could be supported with aircon fitted, 2 fans though provided some relief when windows closed to avoid local noise.

Great place for a London stay!

The location was great - for local amenities and for getting into the centre of London too. The flat was spacious and clean, and it had everything we needed. The temperatures were high when we visited and it was lovely to arrive and see a fan had been left in each bedroom. The balcony with outside space was an added treat too.I had to contact the owner, Jorge, a couple of times and he was quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely book again for future trips.

− There wasn't anything we didn't like. The only thing i'd add is that there were 5 of us staying and we made use of the sofa bed. Maybe having a topper for this would make it a little comfier to sleep on.
