8.0Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem ruhig, keine fünf Minuten zur Strandpromenade. Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Die Wohnung ist geräumig.
− Der Kühlschrank ist leider sehr laut.

9.0Zentral,alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Alles um sich selbst zu versorgen ist da. Der Garten kann Mitbbenutzt werden. Es wird viel Wert auf Nachhaltikeit gelegt. Freundliche Vermieter die gerne Auskunft über die Umgebung geben. Kein Chi chi und kein Chiki miki.
