9.0Very characteristic rooms that are very clean and have nice furniture + comfortable beds. House has a nice yard and the best thing for us was the big kitchen and dining table, great for a group of friends to feel at home.
− No real bad points but just small improvements: we forgot to buy dishwasher tabs, something you quickly forget. Would be nice to have those in supply. We could not find only what type of coffee machine there is so it was a guess what type of coffee to buy (beans or coffee grounds?). But anyway: we had a great stay!

9.0The location is good. Easy to go Luxemburg city, close to supermarket. The environment is good. The house is really clean.
− It would be even better if shower gel and shampoo could be prepared.

10.0The property location was perfect for us since we wanted to visit both Luxembourg and Trier (Germany). Good accessibility - you can arrive at the 'Mertert' train station in under 5 minutes, and supermarkets can be reached by direct bus or on foot. Mesmerising views across the windows and backyard. We were lucky to spot a deer on the way to the supermarket. Surroundings are calm and scenic - you can hike through the vine plantations to arrive at the small aquarium in Wasserbillig, walk by the riverside. The property was spacious and well kept - rooms well furnished, modern bathrooms, kitchen well equipped, supplies adequately stocked.
− As they say, 'there is always room for improvement'. The basic bathroom essentials (Shampoo, Body Wash, Shower Cap, Q-tips) must be provided. The seating in the dining area should be more comfortable. Wi-Fi reception quality could be improved. Cannot add better property photos than the ones already put by the host :( Good job on the home listing by the property management team!
