7.0The lochside location is the resort's greatest strength, quiet and scenic with water and forest on the doorstep. The apartment was also genuinely spacious, with enough room for a family to spread out over several nights
− The beds were the main letdown: the mattresses are old and worn, and you can feel the springs through them, so we slept badly. We also found a lot of spiders and other insects inside the apartment. And the listing photos don't match what you actually get. The view in particular was not the one advertised, which was disappointing when it's part of why we booked.
Good location but not value for money
5.0The location was great and had decent amenities
− The property had checkout at 10am which was not convenient especially with checkin at 5pm. Lack of vegetarian and Vegan food options. Lack of air conditioning and no lifts. So overall it was not value for money.
