8.0The house layout is perfect for small family.
− I think there're few bed bug on the bed in small room. Because my father's leg got bitten by bed bugs. May be there's a need to check the bed condition in small room. Otherwise all so far so good.
Short Stay
9.0Everything was in good use. we did have a small short circuit after chekcing in. but all is fine after through the stay. it's comfortable. The location being really next to batam centre tops it off.
− The second room is a bit small for 2 people to stay in but it did its job for the both of us to sleep in.

− The sheets smelled and the water in the bathroom stagnated when taking a shower.
Overall convinent nice and comfy. Homely. Enjoyed the view too.
9.0Location is nice and quiet. Next to ferry terminal can walk.
− The lights are dim can use a brighter bulb :)
