Lovely helpful host and very clean and comfortable.
9.0The host was very helpful and clear with directions arranging for a friend to let us into the building. The beds were very comfortable and there were three separate bedrooms. Good local shops and cafes
− The bathroom was quite small and it was a little bit of a walk from the centre of town.

9.0Hemos estado un fin de semana con amigos para visitar Vitoria y la estancia ha sido perfecta. Todo muy fácil con el propietario y muy cómodo el apartamento
− Hubiera sido ideal con un segundo baño, pero con paciencia todo se resuelve

1.0Lo único bueno es que estaba cerca del centro
− El apartamento estaba muy sucio ! Alfombras estaban muy sucias no se sabía de qué color eran , la cocina estaba sucia en todas las esquinas y los armarios se caían a cachos . El salón estaba sucio y las habitaciones también , no podéis imaginar lo que había en cada esquina y debajo de las camas , está claro que solo limpiaron lo superficial para salir del paso , el baño el mueble roto y la limpieza también pésima todas las juntas de la mampara negras de no limpiar ! La ropa de la cama sucio y con pelos . Pasamos mucho asco y no volvería nunca jamás y no lo recomendaría , había hasta mocos pegados por la pared , no funcionaban la mayoría de las luces de la casa .

7.0El personal, tanto Borja como Jennifer a la hora de nuestra llegada han sido muy atentos. Y la ubicación, es sido perfecta.
− Para mí parecer la limpieza no es la mejor, vitrina en el comedor llenita de polvo, el baño, las juntas de la mampara fatales, el suelo de la cocina regular, esa alfombra del pasillo muy mala impresión y el olor tampoco era el más agradable. Se nota k es un bloque antiguo pero una reforma para el negocio del alquiler no vendría nada mal. Y las camas con sus almohadas incomodisimas.
