10.0The villas exceeded our expectations! Our daughter absolutely loved the play centre and pool area. The entire resort, right down to every walkway, has been so thoughtfully designed for children with little swings, paintings or wooden animals around the place. Our villa was equipped with everything we needed for our daughter, making our stay so easy and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We will definitely be staying again. And a special mention to Atmos Spa… 10/10! Highly recommend.

− The main bedroom had no way to prevent mosquitoes from coming in - the beautiful louvred windows allowed mozzies to be a bit friendly!

Somewhat disappointing!
8.0Clean and comfortable but studio was small.
− We were disappointed with several aspects of our stay, especially as this is a family-focused resort. On our first day, the restaurant had no orange juice or apple juice available. The next day, we couldn’t get pool towels because the laundry hadn’t arrived, so we used our bath towels. That evening, we were told there were no clean bath towels either for the same reason. After complaining to reception, fresh towels eventually appeared, but only after I had already paid for a Grab to bring towels from another villa. On our third day, we ordered pizza and were told they had run out of that as well. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but during peak season a family resort should have backup plans in place. Running out of basic menu items and being unable to provide clean towels isn’t the level of service I expected.

Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work.
