Never using this platform again.
1.0Could not get in did not stay as numbers given no one answers to get into the gate. Will not use this platform again as I canceled and requested a refund has not seen the money to date.
− No one to answer a telle phone and non refund to date.. you really expect people to sit in a remote area infront of a gate with no way to get to your premises. Will not recommend this platform to any one. No never again poor service even before you get there.

3.0The view was beautiful.
− When we arrived at the gate we called the number and when someone answered they put the phone down. When you called again he started speaking a language we could not understand and then he hung up. We waited for 15 minutes at the gate. When I got out of the car I noticed the gate was manual, when I opened the gate it shocked me and when I closed the gate it shocked me. When we arrived at the accommodation there was no one there and everything was locked. We waited there for 10 minutes and no one came. I then drove to the house where I saw cars parked I knocked on the door and a woman answered and she said she will call someone to come and assist us, after waiting a while she came out of the house and she took us to the accommodation, then you could see more people running towards us to come and check us in. It was clear that they did not know we booked the accommodation. In the room the light was flickering, we had to remove the bulb. When you went into the bathroom room the roof was leaking over the toilet. There was only one roll of toilet paper and it was wet because of the roof leaking. There was also no hot water. The accommodation has a gas stove and oven, but the stove and oven does not have an igniter button and no matches and no lighters were provided. There were also bugs in the bed under the duvet.
