4.0− The accommodation description is incorrect. This is not a villa, it's an apartment. There are no two bathrooms. There is one bathroom and a toilet.The bathroom is very small. The windows on the first level look out onto the neighbors, no privacy. When you're lying in bed in your bedroom, you're looking at your neighbor's water heater. You share a yard with a neighbor. He has a dog that is tied to a metal chain and makes noise all over the place. We had workers in the yard for two days, the noise was unbearable. When you open the lower cabinets in the kitchen, it smells of dampness. Parking is small for a family car The price is too high for the quality of the apartment
