Prachtig huis! Echter, de vloeren waren bij aankomst niet schoon. De stofzuiger werkte niet goed, waardoor we niet zelf konden stofzuigen. We hadden ook een lekkende airco, maar die is snel en netjes gerepareerd door het personeel. Als ze betere schoonmakers in dienst nemen, zal dit huis zeker een stuk hoger scoren.

Na plus zasługuje bardzo dobry kontakt z agencją – na zgłoszony problem zareagowano szybko. Również lokalizacja oraz widok z tarasu były naprawdę piękne. Niestety, mimo licznych niedociągnięć nie zaproponowano nam żadnej rekompensaty.

− Spędziliśmy w willi 11 nocy. Niestety, po przyjeździe byliśmy rozczarowani stanem czystości. Podłogi były bardzo brudne – prawdopodobnie tylko odkurzone, ponieważ już po godzinie mieliśmy czarne stopy. Sprzęty AGD w kuchni również pozostawiały wiele do życzenia – w ekspresie do kawy znajdowała się stara, spleśniała kawa, w zamrażalniku leżały stare lody, a na powierzchniach widoczne były plamy po jedzeniu. Lodówka była niedomyta, wewnątrz znajdowały się włosy. Na szafkach stały butelki ze starym alkoholem, a w szufladach znaleźliśmy przeterminowane leki, niektóre z 2020 roku – byliśmy z dziećmi, więc takie rzeczy absolutnie nie powinny być dostępne. Wyspa kuchenna wokół zlewu była zalana i zaplamiona – prawdopodobnie z powodu wcześniej zapchanego zlewu, który wylewał pod szafkami. Część ogrodowa również była nieprzygotowana – basen był pełen igieł i wymagał ręcznego oczyszczenia przez nas. Prysznic zewnętrzny zarośnięty. Dodatkowo dolna część willi nieprzyjemnie pachniała stęchlizną – na szczęście nie musieliśmy tam spać.

A modern , beautiful villa with stunning views

Our stay at Buenavista was fantastic. The villa is perfect, modern and comfortable, the view is stunning, the garden and the plants are beautiful. The neighbourhood is pretty and clean , it consists mostly of villas and lovely properties .

It’s very beautifully decorated and it’s very spacious. The house has been lovingly, carefully decorated and furnished. Every room has its own bathroom and great airconditioning. Even though the house is located in a very crowded neighborhood, it feels private, calm, remote and peaceful. It is surrounded by beautiful trees and it has the perfect amount of sun and shade. It has many, many spaces to lounge in and the most beautiful, serene view of the sea. It is half an hour walk to the beach for a morning swim where there is a chiringuito where you can have your morning coffee. The house is located just minutes to grocery stores, shops and the best restaurants around too. There was no umbrella to take to the beach and the staff at Almarina villas brought one the next day. They answered my messages promptly, professionally and very friendly. My family made very happy memories there. We miss the time we spent there and would love to go back again.

− The water in 2 bathrooms and kitchen sink almost to the point of clogged. One bathroom was fully clogged but I only found out( because my daughter used her sister’s)on the morning we left.
