10.0Warm welcome., beautiful spot - walks and swims by the beautiful River Teife - through gorgeous meadows. Lovely simple cottage, very comfortable beds - everything provided

Basic accommodation. Cold.
6.0Pretty location near river. Must be beautiful in the summer months. I liked that it was all on one level because I have slightly mobile issues.
− We stayed for 10 days in December as a base to visit family and friends in the area. The cottage was cold and smelt musty. Old fashioned. It would benefit from modernizing ! There was no lights outside the front of the cottage and no lights highlighting the entrance from the road. Therefore pitch dark at night when returning. Had to park the car facing the door so we could see to unlock. We had no functioning toilet for 24 hours due to rain and flooding which was a problem!
