6.0− Es gab im Badezimmer an der Decke Schiimmel, ebenfalls waren die Zimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt, wodurch man große Staubklumpen finden konnte.

6.0Appartement was ruim van opzet
− Achterstallig onderhoud en matige schoonmaak. Appartement is aan een opknapbeurt toe. Appartement oogde erg rommelig. In de la onder de tv lagen allerlei privespullen van vermoedelijk voormalige bewoners. Een foto, een openhartig dagboek, een sollicitatiebrief en een cv met emailadres dn telefoonnummer. Erg slordig.

6.0The location to Banff & Canmore was great & the view was beautiful, but unfortunately that was the only thing going for this place.
− There was 3 of us staying at this property for 5 days. There wasn't enough pillows & the ones we had didn't have any pillow cases on them. The beds were lumpy & you can hear the neighbours through the walls. The place needs some serious attention & on the last day the downstairs toilet flooded so we had to use towels to mop up the water. Other places we've stayed also provided enough coffee, milk etc. I wouldn't recommend staying at this property until the owner fixes what needs to be done.
