3.0− Im Hausflur lag zeitweise ein deutlicher Rauchgeruch in der Luft. Zudem war die Heizungsanlage sehr alt, verursachte ungewöhnliche Geräusche und verbreitete ebenfalls einen unangenehmen Geruch. Auch die Dusche bereitete Probleme: Nach dem Duschen musste der Abfluss mit einem Stab verschlossen werden, um Geruchsbildung zu verhindern. Darüber hinaus kam es vor, dass zeitweise ausschließlich kaltes Wasser aus der Dusche lief. Zusätzlich knarrte der Boden deutlich beim Betreten

7.0Die Wohnung war sauber und pragmatisch, der Check-In unkompliziert, der Gastgeber freundlich.
− Im Hausflur wird geraucht, was man auch deutlich riecht. (In der Wohnung merkt man davon aber nichts)
Cold appartment
4.0I liked the location, for it was close to the destination I needed to get to in the morning. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook a decent meal. The whole appartmentwas clean and tidy.
− The appartment was cold. The isolation of the window in the kitchen was very bad, so I froze the whole night I stayed. I am happy that I was there only night. A second night would probably have not been good. The shower was switching between cold and burning hot all the time, so the showering was a bit completed.
