2.0No Breakfast was offered and yet on the advert it says they provide breakfast.
− this is not a BnB, the only thing I used was the bed and the shower, could not use TV. Actually this is a flat with no facilities of a BnB.
The owner of property needs to learn to be transparent towards his clients.
1.0There was no breakfast served and I was only told when I asked about it in the morning. No compensation or whatsoever for the above. The bed was not comfortable at all, bedding was clean but poor quality and presantion.
− There's tenants permanently staying there. They lock at night and keep the main door key with them which is unsafe should there be an emergency e.g Fire, flood, sickness etc
