9.0Location and layout of the apartment. The balcony has wonderful views over the River Deben. We would be very happy to stay here for a longer visit when we next return to Suffolk
− Nothing to dislike although I imagine the 2nd floor location may be an issue for anyone who struggles with stairs. Myself and wife are both in our 70's and still very active so not an issue for us, however thought it best mentioned.

− Shower upstairs was either extremely hot or cold. I could not make it a sensible temperature. Not a massive problem as there were two showers but would have been inconvenient if four of us were staying there.

10.0Very clean, well appointed and really spacious. The balcony and view were the best. Very quiet area, all you can hear are the wading birds.

Lovely place to stay
9.0The apartment was fantastic..the view was the highlight..very difficult to leave that behind! Comfortable beds and convenient kitchen . Good instructions on how to find keys etc.
− The stairs up to the apartment may be a problem for anyone with mobility issues and tall people beware of low ceiling upstairs! A good cobweb brush for the balcony would be the only cleaning promt I could make
