6.0Location and decor
− Lack of communication from host when I made an enquiry. Host didn’t respond. We were asked to wash, dry and put away all cutlery and crockery which we did. And strip beds but there were large dark stains on mattresses which wasn’t very nice.
Delightful large but cosy cottage
10.0Plenty of room in the cottage. Clean and comfortable. Still felt like a cosy cottage despite being large. Slept well. Warm and quiet.
− No toilet paper provided. Could have had a small welcome pack of milk for a tea when we got there!
Nice cottage at a perfect location
9.0The cottage is spacious with 4 bedrooms (1 with a 160 cm bed!) and a well-equipped kitchen. We travelled with 4 family members, thus having 2 bathrooms is great. It all seems brand-new and was very clean. The location is perfect and very quiet. Unfortunately, we stayed in the cold May weekend, so could not spend our evening on the beach.
− There is only a corner sofa in the living room and it was sagging, not very comfortable. A few additional chairs would make it better for a group of people. The bathrooms could do with some hooks to hang towels/clothes.
