8.0Ubicación ideal, zona tranquila en el centro y a escasos minutos de la playa. El apartamento perfecto....limpio, con a.a. y todo lo necesario para la estancia.
− Complicado aparcar , zona restringida. Tienes que pagar zona azul en cercanías o ir a un parking a unos 10 minutos que es gratis (la mejor opcion). Es un tercero sin ascensor, aunque eso ya se sabe de antemano porque lo especifica en el anuncio del piso.
