8.0Alleinreisend auf Familienbesuch, daher ohne Frühstück. Nähe zum Bahnhof sehr positiv. Freundliches Personal, insgesamt angenehm.
20 bis 50 cm Spalt zwischen den beiden Matratzen
7.0Die Mitarbeiterin, die das Frühstück präsentierte, war außergewöhnlich sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt, das Frühstück war toll. Das Haus insgesamt war sauber, ein Lob an das Reinigungspersonal. Dass man sich die Rezeption spart ist ein wenig ärgerlich. Ich frage mich, was mit Menschen ist, die kein Handy besitzen und sich dementsprechend nicht elektronisch einloggen können. Beziehungsweise die nicht versiert sind im Umgang mit elektronischen Automaten…
− Nun, die Matratzen waren neu, das Zimmer in Ordnung. Ich war nicht alleine in meinem Zimmer, die Matratzen sind ununterbrochen auseinander gerutscht d.h., der Bett Körper hat die Matratzen nicht zusammen gehalten, ständig waren 20 oder 50 cm Lücken zwischen dem Matratzen. Sehr ärgerlich!
