9.0The house is big, which is good for larger families. the privacy there. Smart TV, Balcony, and also a parking space for car if you have rented one. aircon is there what is important in a tropical country.

Overall, a disaster experience to what was supposed to be. a fun vacation.
1.0Nothing at all. It was a horrible experience.
− The house had many problems. There were roaches and bugs that were found in both the living room and bedrooms. Mold was found along the showers with a weird smell coming from the rooms. The AC and stove weren’t working so it was an overall disaster to stay in. I understand we also had a problem on our side with the people situation but we got that sorted out right as soon as we arrived. We felt the hosts were disrespecting us saying that they regularly clean the house when we have photos and videos to say otherwise. Roger was unprofessional on the phone when we voiced our concerns saying at the end “anyways, bye” and immediately hanging up. At this point, it isn’t about the money but the overall experience we felt from the house to the hosts. We want other people to know what we felt so no one else has to go through the same thing.
