1.0− My reservation was canceled approximately two hours before check in. As I was traveling at the time, I only became aware of the cancellation upon arrival. It appears the property had been under renovations so this was not them facing an emergency situation but rather poor planning or awareness.. This was extremely inconvenient and, in my view, unprofessional. I would rate this experience very poorly due to the way guests are treated.
