− There was hair in the bath mat and towel when I unrolled them. When I went downstairs to ask for some cleans towels, I was told they were sitting in bleach and housekeeping had already left, so we were unable to receive new ones. The pool was closed, but they didn't reveal that information until after I had already paid. The pullout couch didn't have any sheets, blankets or pillows. Everything in the room was dirty and stained. I turned the thermostat down as far as it would go and the room still never got cool. Breakfast was very selective and the biscuits were hard and cold. Very disappointed, would never stay here again.
