9.0Lovely hotel. Very warm, clean and we had a big family room in the main building. Staff were friendly and very helpful. It was a bit further out than where we have stayed before, but we had a car for the week, so it wasn't a problem. In fact, we preferred the location to last year when we were in the middle of town. Very peaceful. Breakfast was nice. Plenty of food and a good range. Would definitely stay there again.
− Coffee at breakfast was a bit hit or miss. Some days it was great, others it was barely drinkable. Sound proofing between rooms wasn't great and we had noisy neighbours.

9.0We were completely in our own at this place, The location is very quiet The Deco and the atmosphere at the hotel is very zen It has a beautiful view of Mt. Yotei
− The place is pretty remote from the resort so not the best if you are looking for company The staff usually went home earlier since it was only us
