8.0Beautiful surroundings. Out of the busy areas but easily reachable by taxi, only 20 mins to Tam Coc or Hua Lu
− It was a shame there were building works next to our cabin. Spoiled the view looking in that direction and was also noisy.

7.0Het is een heel erg mooi gebied, kamers liggen erg mooi aangelegen. Tuin en alles wordt keurig netjes bijgehouden. Personeel echt supervriendelijk! We brachten aardig wat wasgoed en werd de volgende ochtend alweer in onze kamer gebracht.
− Ze zijn aan de overkant van het meer ik denk iets van een hotel aan het bouwen uit een grote dus best nog veel herrie wat je niet verwacht daar. Kamer was matig, in 1 slaapkamer maar airco en douchen in bad was ook niet zo handig. Water liep ook niet goed weg. Ontbijt was matig. Het was ook erg afgelegen, je moest over een keienweg met kuilen zo'n 10 minuten rijden. Na een paar x ben je dat wel zat. Zwembad niet in geweest.

3.0Hotel logé au bas d'une falaise dans la verdure et les rochers , dans une rotonde splendide. Decors somptueux.
− Ambiance très étrange , comme une sorte de village Potemkin à la Nord coréenne. Personnel très souriant et aimable mais soumis à une pression inpalpable dérangeante comme si une terreur régnait sur place. Peu fréquenté et des touristes présents pour dormir mais pour rien d'autre. Le décors en or et les logements en carton. La "Villa de luxe" est une vaste plaisanterie....

9.0We had an amazing stay there! The location is simply perfect, surrounded by breathtaking nature and incredible scenery. It feels like stepping into a beautifully maintained jungle, with peaceful surroundings and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is very clean, unique, and full of charm. The staff were wonderful—always kind, welcoming, and providing exceptional service that made us feel at home. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax and don't mind being a little away from the city center, I highly recommend this hotel. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and we would happily stay here again.
− The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. It is mainly Vietnamese-style, which may not suit every Western palate. Of course, this is just a matter of personal taste, but we personally didn't enjoy it as much as the rest of our stay.

8.0Tesisin çalışanları çok güleryüzlülerdi. Valiz taşıma, ulaşım ayarlama, çamaşır yıkatma gibi hizmetlerde çok yardımcı oldular. Çalışanların iletişimi çok iyiydi. Odamız temizdi.
− Konumu ve yolları oldukça kötü. Araba ile çamur içinden, dar yollardan zor hareket ediyorsunuz.
