− Lattioilla oli vähän pölyä ja roskia. Olohuoneessa voisi olla jokin hillitympi valo, jalkalamppu tai muu pieni valaisin. Parvekkeen ovessa olisi hyvä olla kaihdin tai pimennysverho yöksi.

− Sisäilma tunkkainen ja aiheutti oireita sisäilma-altistuneille vuokralaisille. Onneksi pystyi pitämään asunnossa läpivedon näin kesäaikaan. Vedenkeitin oli käyttökelvottomassa kunnossa.
