Wir waren leider gar nicht in dem Apartment, wir haben bezahlt, müssten aber woanders übernachten
1.0− Das Apartment hatte gar nichts zu tun mit den Bildern. Ersten, es befindet sich in ein sehr altes und schmutziges Gebäude, mit stinkenden und schmutzigen Aufzügen und Flur. Das Apartment war sehr klein und unaufgeräumt und chaotisch, Schlafkissen und Decke auf einen Stuhl, Bad sehr eng und schmutzig, keine Küche sondern ein "Stellkammer". Das ganze war einfach gruselig und enttäuschend.
Lage OK, alles andere unzureichend.
3.0Lage ist nahe der S-Bahn
− Nachttischlampe blinkt Essbar-Licht defekt Badezimmer Beleuchtung gefühlt 2W, absolut unbrauchbar!! Vermieter nicht erreichbar! Trotz vielfachen Versuchen keine Rechnung zu bekommen.

1.0nothing is very far from frankfurt with a salty price for an small studio in a suburban area. you can barely move in the bathroom. they dont welcome you in person or make clearly things in the advertising also not refundable. check out 10am is absurd
− the staff is not welcoming or fond respectful of clients they really mistreat you somewhere to avoid if you are paying for a hospitality service
