10.0J'ai trouvé par hasard cet emplacement pour y dormir une nuit, ce fut incroyable, nous avons très bien été accueilli, et le cabanon était cosy et confortable. Merci encore !

A rustic night in the old coop
8.0Very rustic experience. The cabin we were in used to be a Chicken Coop! its fully renovated for human comfort. We loved the lack of data or cell service. Even the Wifi was very weak. We have no complaints about that; it's lovely to escape from the world for a bit. The property is gorgeous. The host was very generous and friendly. There are dogs on the property who come and say hi and snuggle. Very friendly. It's a wilderness retreat, be ready to experience the wilderness. Risk of bears. Lots of bugs.This isn't your five star hilton. However the "outhouse" is a flushing toilet. Would have loved to make our stay a bit longer to explore the area (waterfalls are near by!)
− The small cabin doesn't have an openable window. The door must stay closed to keep the mosquitoes out. So there was a lack of airflow. It gets a bit warm with two people moving about the cabin. At night it gets cold and we arent moving around, so that keeps the heat down, but a fan would have been a good addition to add air flow. The shower / bathroom facility is going to need some repairs. Shower wasnt working while we stayed and the sink was leaking bad which will eventually damage the wood floor.
