7.0Spacious, well equipped kitchen and quick response from host. Location perfect for us as visiting family in Fairfield. Shower great.
− Mostly clean but there was some rubbish and clothes left in drawers and behind sofa in lounge. Decor a bit tired and could do with a bit of tlc especially in the bathroom which is a bit moldy.

5.0− The property was in a very poor state of cleanliness and appeared to have not been cleaned since the previous guests. Fridge and freezer were not fit to be used until we had cleaned them . Unfortunately there were no cleaning products on site although the host did deliver some when asked. Cigarette ash everywhere is not a good look. Such a shame
Good value for money, I will stay here again
8.0Quiet neighbourhood and good value for money. Oddly, I liked that the toilet and bathroom/shower were separate. Netflix on the TV with reclining sofas were handy.
− A couple of snags internally but overall great value for money.
