8.0The apartment and hosts were great, air conditioning was fantastic as the heat was extreme.

Wonderful vacation in Massa
10.0The apartment is absolutely wonderful. 10/10. It has everything you need: a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, two air conditioners, mosquito screens, and a large balcony with a canopy. There are shutters that completely block the windows. The beds are very comfortable. The owner, Nico, was very kind! There is a supermarket nearby. The beach is about a 15-minute walk at a slow pace. There are free beaches available. We really enjoyed spending an entire week in this apartment.
− The underground parking was quite tight and required special attention to avoid damaging the car, but by the third time I was already driving out confidently without any problems😉

10.0Casa molto bella e accogliente, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Due ampie terrazze, cucina e tutti i comfort! Siamo stati 5 giorni per un evento sportivo. In 10 minuti nemmeno si era a forte dei Marmi!!!

very friendly host, seemed that we were in a home of a friend more than just rent a house.
9.0perfect for our family trip. near our relatives, less than 1 km from sea. very silent neighbourhood, with some restaurants and groceries near the house. we were able to not use the car once arrived.
− microwave missing, but property assured they are going to buy it soon.
