10.0Fantasztikus luxus lakás, ahol minden részletre figyeltek (okosotthon rendszer, elektromos redőny, elegáns bútorok, klíma minden helyiségben..). Tágas, gyönyörű. Szuper, hogy volt parkolóhely is!

9.0Tágas, jól felszerelt. Mélygarázs van, sorompóval.
− Nem a szállásadó hibája, de a mélygarázsba leállás először és a végén kicsit problémás, mert a kártya a lakásnál vehető fel, fel kell érte menni, illetve a végén oda visszavinni a második emeletre, de addig az autóval nehéz parkolni, közeli kisbolt vagy az egyetemi udvar lehet addig opció.
