1.0I,ve been scam by this property. After i book the homestay and message the owner. The owner ask me to cancelled it. I call the owner many times but no response. I already request for cancel but Now booking.com charge me. NEVER BOOK THIS PROPERTY, ITS A SCAM

I call the customer service for the cancellation but they need to call the property for agreed refund, but when the operator call the property, its not being pick up.

− Penginapan di tukar ke tempat lain. Tanpa memberitahu customer. Dan bilik bau dan tidak berapa bersih. Saya menyesal booking homestay di bintulu. Adalah lebih baik saya akan menyewa hotel bertaraf next trip akan datang.

However, we had already gone there and were waiting in front of the house based on the location given on Booking.com. We were disappointed with the mismanagement. Fortunately, the PIC arranged for us to be relocated to a nearby inn.
