1.0De locatie van de appartement (Centrum Delft)
− Tijdens mijn eerste dag ontving ik de toegangscode niet. Hierdoor moest ik laat in de avond een hotel boeken (de factuur is beschikbaar). Ik heb de eigenares gebeld, maar zij nam niet op. Dit vond ik bijzonder vervelend, zeker omdat ik haar dagen van tevoren had gebeld en alle instructies nauwkeurig had gevolgd. Pas de volgende dag kreeg ik de toegangscode, na meerdere telefoontjes. Tot mijn frustratie werkte het elektronische slot vervolgens slechts af en toe. Hierdoor werd ik naar een ander appartement gestuurd. Later zijn, zonder mijn toestemming, mijn spullen opgehaald en teruggebracht naar het oorspronkelijke appartement. Items die in de koelkast lagen, heb ik niet teruggekregen. Dit alles heeft veel onzekerheid veroorzaakt en mijn reis aanzienlijk verpest.

7.0Loved the location. Loved the bed, very comfortable. Facilities were great but didn’t use.
− The wifi was very poor and didn’t stay connected. Bathroom, the shower drain, very smelly and made the room smell.
Proximity to square, atmosphere, clean and quiet marvellous!
