The owners were very easy to get hold of and very helpful, even when we had boiler trouble late at night. Great hosts!

− The caravan wasn’t up to standard or clean, the pull out bed in living room was broken and hasn’t been cleaned as crumbs and rubbish where it was kept. The table was sharp where the plastic has been peeled. The lights was full of bugs and was flies in the caravan. The toilet didn’t flush had to add water into bowl everytime to use. Mould in the double bedroom. Only one toilet roll for three days. Staff made aware about toilet said they hadn’t got a plumber available till after our stay. Carbon monoxide monitor beeping every minute. The door to the balcony didn’t shut properly was agard open even when locked and had been stuck together. Not all windows opened. The heater next to the fire didn’t work.
