− Property per se- none. But beside it, there’s a construction going on. Hopefully next time it will be done so the peace of the ocean sound will be uninterrupted.

− For some might be a bit noisy during evenings (maybe only on weekends?) with music. The room was a bit basic but just great for our two night stay
Friendly hotel right on the surf. Great place to party.
7.0Staff were excellent. The hotel is perfectly located directly on the beach and in the centre of El Zonte so very convenient. Excellent breakfast and internet. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was an experience.
− During our stay the hotel was full of surfers who were partying and had a live band too one night. I had to try to get to sleep with a pillow over my head but to be fair the music stopped at 11 00. I dont know how regular the parties are but I would say that these guys are the target audience, not us. I respect that but it would be good to know that in advance of booking.
