Parfait !!! Communication avec le propriétaire au top il est extrêmement gentil et réactif. L entrée autonome est vraiment appréciable. La copropriété est très bien entretenue piscine espace commune sécurité ✅ l appartement est très bien équipé il ne manque absolument rien !!! Je vous recommande à 100 pour 100 ce logement. Localisation proche de la mer et toute commodité.

− Règles strictes : interdiction de mettre les serviettes à sécher au balcon, pour la piscine difficile à faire comprendre aux enfants qu’il est interdit de plonger et sauter dans l’eau, interdiction d’éclabousser, bouées interdites même si l’enfant est seul dans la piscine le matin, pas de bruit, les co propriétaires (personnes âgées en moyenne) surveillent tout et appellent le syndic toute la journée !

Modern, comfortable and clean.

− Coming from abroad with no gps,it wasn’t easy to find. Never did work out how to watch TV as you had to register and UK wasn’t a country option for the phone number to register.

Appartement magnifique dans une superbe résidence, hyper propre et logement suréquipé, il y avait absolument tout. Le propriétaire très gentil et serviable! C’était génial !
