10.0Son balcon sur le port commercial, sa tranquillité, la salle de bain pratique et eau douche chaude, quartier relié au centre ville très bien par bus et tram (très à l'heure)
− L'étage de la piscine n'était pas accessible en mars.
Appartement très bien équipé mais fort cher pour la vue et la localisation
6.0L'appartement est bien équipé et superbien insonorisé. Le check-in autonome est facile.
− La vue est essentiellement sur les ferry et bateaux de croisière. Les oreillers ne sont vraiment pas confortables. On est plus loin que ce que je pensais de Santa Cruz donc il faut prendre le bus. C'est fort cher pour ce que c'est. Pas de shampoing ni d'huile d'olive.

10.0Дуже сподобалось наше проживання у цих апартаментах, квартира сучасна і розташування в центрі міста з класним видом з вікна на океан, плюс видно лайнери В квартирі було все від миючих засобів до чаю, кави, олії та кухонного обладнання Зручні ліжка і класний балкон Із власником також була чудова комунікація, легко знайшли апартаменти та не виникло проблем із ключами
