− The way the receptionists interact with customers needs significant improvement. During my experience, they displayed a lack of professionalism when handling customer concerns and resolving issues. Rather than demonstrating empathy, patience, and a willingness to assist, their responses often came across as dismissive. This created a frustrating experience and left the impression that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Reception staff are often the first point of contact for customers and play an important role in shaping the overall impression of the organization. As such, they should be equipped with strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. I believe the receptionists would benefit from additional training focused on customer service, conflict resolution, and professional communication. Improving these areas would help them handle difficult situations more effectively, build better relationships with customers, and contribute to a more positive and welcoming environment.
